Place the hinge piece of the end frame side down on the floor. Place the corner of the upper louvered window shutters frame piece adjacent the upper corner of the hinge piece. Place one of the connecting parts in the hole in the oblique corner of the two parts. Gently push the connector downwards into the hole until the top of the play is level with the edges of the frame pieces.
Place the upper corner of the second page frame paragraph next to the corner of the upper frame paragraph. Secure these two pieces together with a connector. Repeat this process with both corners of the bottom frame. Place the louvered window shutters frame in the window opening with the hinges turning the room. Insert a supplied screw through the screw holes on the lower right side of the frame and the lower left side of the frame with a drill and Phillips head bit to hold the frame to the window opening.
